Union Grove area residents have convenient access to medical care. All Saints Medical Group operates a Union Grove clinic with three primary care physicians and a nurse practitioner on staff. Aurora Health Care has one physician in Union Grove. There are two dental offices, a physical therapy and rehab center, a chiropractor, and an optometrist. An independent pharmacy can fill prescription needs.

Union Grove is centrally located within a 15-mile radius of St. Mary's Medical Center and St. Luke's hospital in Racine and Memorial Hospital in Burlington. The area is served by a Flight for Life helicopter out of Milwaukee. The Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Cancer Center is in Racine and Lakeview NeuroRehab Center for head injuries is located in Waterford.

Gallina Healthcare Network operates Oak Ridge Care Center, a skilled nursing home with 25 private and 27 semi-private rooms for a total of 79 beds. Inpatient and outpatient services are offered through Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency. Adjacent to Oak Ridge is Timber Oaks, a 16-bed community based residential facility for long term, short term, or respite care.
