The greater Union Grove area is experiencing a housing boom with the development of several new subdivisions. The Groves Subdivision extended Union Grove east to 67th Drive and totals 140 new homes. Names of new streets are White Oak Drive and Court, Shagbark Lane, Groves Lane, and Mulberry Lane. Fox Creek Crossing subdivision is an extension of Maurice Drive in the northern sector. When completed there will be 89 spacious homes on Wellington Drive, Queen Anne Circle, St. James Circle, Windsor Circle, Victoria Circle and Chelsea Circle and Lane. Fox Creek Crossing features White Tail Lake and a 13-acre wildlife park along a creek.

Union Grove has attractive single-family homes, duplexes, apartments, townhomes, and condominiums on tree-lined streets. The flowering trees are spectacular in the spring and the leaves turning blazing colors make fall a favorite season for many residents.

Fonk's Home Center has 189 manufactured homes in Harvest View Estates on Highway 11 in the Town of Yorkville and 120 in Hickory Haven on Schoen Road in the Town of Dover. Garden Grove Homes in Union Grove recently expanded to 91 sites for manufactured homes.

Meridian Group of Middleton, WI manages two senior citizen properties in Union Grove. Hillpark Heights offers one bedroom apartments and residents enjoy afternoon gatherings in the community room, monthly potlucks, movie nights and bingo. Hometown Village offers one-bedroom units and serves as the meal site for noon meals in Union Grove.

The Town of Dover is beginning a new subdivision on Highway 75 just east of the Kansasville School. Dover Deer Meadows will include 54 single homes on 66 acres. The lots are arranged in clusters over 25 acres and the remaining 41 acres will be used for open space.
