2020 Property Tax Payments

Share This:

The 2020 property tax bills (payable in 2021) are now available online and will be mailed to property owners by December 10, 2020. Tax bills may be retrieved online from the Racine County land records system.

The total property tax rate for properties in Union Grove has decreased 3.6% compared to last year. The decrease is largely due to growth in the community’s assessed value and the closure of tax incremental district #3 in 2020. Property owners should see a slight decrease in their 2020 tax bill unless their property’s assessment increased.
