Road and utilities construction is scheduled to take place this year on Industrial Park Dr., York St. and 10th Ave. as part of the 2021 Industrial Park Infrastructure Improvements project. The work will involve road reconstruction and resurfacing, water and sanitary sewer replacements, drainage improvements and improved pedestrian and bicycle access.
Members of the public are invited to attend an Open House on April 20, 2021 between the hours of 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at the Union Grove Municipal Center (first floor Community Room). Stop by any time during the Open House to view the project plans and ask any questions of the project engineer. Notices were mailed to all property owners along the construction area; other members of the public are also welcome to attend.

Vassallo Lane Resurfacing
Pavement resurfacing and curb repair work is scheduled on Vassallo Lane in April 2021. Some property owners will not have access to their driveway for several days while concrete cures. The contractor (Asphalt Contractors, Inc.) should be providing additional communication to affected property owners.
