Adam Graf was elected to Trustee position #4. To view the full local election results, click here. County-wide results will be posted here.

The election results include all ballots cast in-person on election day, as well as all absentee ballots that were cast in-person and all mailed absentee ballots that were allowed to be counted for this election. In order for a mailed absentee ballot to be counted it had to be postmarked by April 7 and received by 4 p.m. on April 13 or hand-delivered to the polls by 8 p.m. on Election Day, April 7. Ballots postmarked after April 7 or hand-delivered after 8 p.m. on April 7 could not be counted.

Thank You to Election Officials

We would like to extend our gratitude to the 10 dedicated individuals who stepped up to serve our community during this very challenging election period. Because of the contributions of these indviduals, we were able to offer Union Grove residents two weeks of drive-up absentee voting and a fully-staffed polling place on election day (without assistance from the National Guard).

Allison Chizek, Riley Chizek, Nicholas Ditscheit and Chris Henzel worked at both the drive-up absentee voting and on election day. Sam Eschmann also assisted with drive-up absentee voting. Jan Winget, George Winget, Mike Aimone, Melba Wright, Kristine Faust and Eugene Faust all worked on election day. Please see our open thank you letter to these individuals.

Last, and certainly not least, thank you to our own Village Clerk Brad Calder for his extraordinary efforts in coordinating this election during these unprecedented times. For questions on the election and voting, or to inquire about becoming a poll worker, contact Brad at bcalder@uniongrove.net.
